Fride har pensjonert seg etter 18 år i ELEMENT, og vi har fått en ny kontorleder. Kristian har en innholdsrik bakgrunn. Han har for eksempel bodd i mange byer som begynner på B: Berlin, Barcelona, Brüssel, Boston og Bergen. Han har studert byggingeniør, historie, gründerskole, og økonomi og administrasjon. Han har jobbet med mye forskjellig, blant annet i familiebedriften Ulstein Betongindustri, med programvareutvikling og cybersikkerhet i ulike IT-startups, som eiendomsmegler, i Telenor med overvåking av nødnettet, som vakt på Ullevål stadions VIP-avdeling, i Nespresso, og i perioden 2010-2017 som kaffebargründer for ni ulike kaffebarer i Oslo og Berlin. Og siden august 2024 som kontorleder hos oss i ELEMENT. Velkommen!
