Snapshot 2.7
ELEMENT is taking initiative to have the standard ceiling height in apartment buildings increased to 2.7 meters
In the exhibit "Snapshot – a snapshot from contemporary architecture", ELEMENT launched an initiative to have the average apartment building ceiling height increased to 2.7 meters. Galleri ROM invited 25 Norwegian architect firms to the exhibit Snapshot , which displays a snapshot from contemporary architecture. The exhibit examines the architects' personal vision regarding the significance of their own production on a larger scale, while also giving room to reflect on the architect's role in today's society.
ELEMENT's contribution was motivated by the dedication to housing quality, and show that it is possible to influence the construction industry’s standard conventions.
